Your property worksheet
One sheet, like the schedule your state’s disclosure forms ask for. Type figures, upload statements, expand a row for the details — the estimate updates beside you as you go.
Dates, incomes & prenup
Some uncertainty
Reasonable basis — but the exact date can still be contested.Community property — the marital estate is generally split equally (50/50). California is a community-property state with a mandatory equal-division rule: the court must divide the community estate (most property and debt acquired during the marriage) equally, absent the spouses' written agreement or in-court stipulation. Equal means equal in overall value, not that every asset is physically halved — one spouse may keep an asset while the other gets an offsetting share or equalizing payment. Each spouse's separate property (owned before marriage, or acquired by gift or inheritance) is confirmed to that spouse. This sheet mirrors California’s required disclosure (FL-142 (or Property Declaration FL-160 as alternative)).

Debts
Credit cards, loans, taxes owed — community debts divide as part of the estate.
